Cullowhee, N.C. – Western Carolina concludes its pre-Christmas schedule on Saturday as the Catamounts travel to Tennessee Tech for a 5 p.m. ET/4 p.m. CT contest.

Tennessee Tech is 3-8 following a 78-60 loss at Lipscomb on Tuesday evening. The Golden Eagles are averaging 60.8 points per game, ranking them 335 out of 350 NCAA Division I teams and have finished with fewer than 50 points in three games this season. Jr. Clay is the leading scoring with 9.6 points per game.
Saturday's game is the seventh all-time meeting between the schools and first since an 83-78 WCU win in Cullowhee on Jan. 30, 1991. Tennessee Tech leads the all-time series 5-1 and has won all three games in Cookeville.
WCU is off until Saturday, Dec. 28, hosting Piedmont College at Noon. The game will be streamed on the SoCon Digital Network.
