AN INSIDE LOOK AT THE CATAMOUNTS:
- Western Carolina and Wofford meet for the 54th and 55th time in their SoCon doubleheader this week. The Terriers have won the last four meetings including a 65-58 win in Cullowhee last season, Feb. 22, 2020. The Catamounts are 16-9 in the Ramsey Center against Wofford but has won just three of the last 10 games over the Terriers. Western Carolina's last win against Wofford was a 68-62 road win on Feb. 8, 2018 - the Catamount's only conference win that season. The Catamount's last home win against Wofford came four years ago - a 69-66 win on Feb. 4, 2017.
- Redshirt senior Tembre Moates had a strong pair of games against Samford. She scored in double figures in back-to-back games with 12 in game one and 16 in game two. She averaged 14 points in the pair of games scoring in double figures in consecutive games for the first time this season. She has also scored in double figures in three of the last four games. In that four-game span, she is averaging 12.5 points per game.
- After missing three games due to injury, sophomore Andrea Martin Ruiz returned to the line-up against UNCG and has started in the last three games. In the last three games, she has scored in double figures twice averaging 9.3 points per game.
- Nadia Marshall leads the Catamounts in rebounding averaging 5.5 per game and is just edging Tembre Moates as she has 61 and Moates has 59.
- Moates has ripped down 407 career rebounds. She needs 93 rebounds to gain entrance into the Catamount 500 rebound club.

AN INSIDE LOOK AT TERRIERS:
- Wofford enters the game on a four-game winning streak after sweeping ETSU last weekend.
- Niyah Lutz is the lone Terrier averaging in double figures with 11.8 points per game.
- With a 3-0 record in the SoCon, the Terriers are tied with Samford for the top spot in conference play.
- Wofford is averaging 65.9 points per game and giving up 61.7.
