CULLOWHEE, N.C. – Western Carolina women's tennis opens Southern Conference play Tuesday at 3 p.m. traveling to No. 24 Furman.
The Catamounts are coming off a 5-2 road victory at UNC Asheville on Feb. 17. The match at Furman begins a stretch of four matches in five days for Western Carolina.
Furman has won five of its last six matches and is coming off a 7-0 blanking of Presbyterian. In that stretch, the Paladins knocked off No. 16th ranked Alabama and No. 18 South Carolina.

Hoda Habib each lead Western Carolina with three wins in singles play. The doubles tandem of Foldeak and
Jacy Smith are 2-2 at No. 1 doubles.
