CULLOWHEE, N.C. - Western Carolina women's basketball closes out home Southern Conference play Saturday hosting Chattanooga at 5 p.m. on Ingles Court in the Ramsey Center. The game is the nightcap of a doubleheader with men's basketball who hosts Mercer at 2 p.m.
 
It is senior night for Catamount women's basketball and Nadia Marshall, Andrea Martin Ruiz and Grace Yocum will be honored. Super senior Tembre Moates will also be recognized for going over 500 career rebounds.

AN INSIDE LOOK AT THE CATAMOUNTS:

• Western Carolina and Chattanooga meet for the 94th time. 
• Western Carolina is giving up 59.6 points per game this season which is the second-fewest points allowed, based on stats available, in program history. 
• Though Saturday is the Catamounts' final conference home game of the season it is not the final home game for WCU. Western Carolina will host Emory & Henry at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22 in the club's final nonconference and home game of the 2021-22 season. 
• Western Carolina has hit 58 of its 102 three-pointers this season in conference games. 
• Joi Reid has recorded seven of her 12 blocks this season in conference games. 
• Madison Pack has hit 15 of her 18 three-pointers in the conference-only games. 
• Zanoria Cruz ranks ninth in the SoCon in assists per game averaging 2.7.
