CULLOWHEE, N.C. – Western Carolina women's soccer looks for its third Southern Conference win in four matches on Sunday as the Catamounts welcome Wofford for a 3 p.m. match at the Catamount Athletics Complex.

WCU (5-3-3) earned a 4-0 win over UNCG on Thursday with all four goals scored in the second half.
Isabella DeMarco recorded two goals while
Naya Marcil and
Milla Syska both tallied a goal and an assist.
Leanne Trudel made four saves for her fifth shutout of the season.
Wofford (3-7-2) dropped a 3-1 match at Mercer on Thursday as the Bears jumped out to a 3-0 lead and kept the Terriers at bay in the second half. Ines Obradovac scored the lone goal for Wofford and has the team lead with four goals and eight points on the season. Caroline Doss has started 11 of 12 matches in goal and made 24 saves. The Terriers were picked ninth in the 10-team SoCon by the head coaches in the preseason polling.
Sunday's match is the 28th all-time meeting with the Catamounts holding a 17-7-3 record. WCU has won eight straight matchups including a 3-0 win in Spartanburg in 2022.
The Catamounts conclude their four-match homestand against Chattanooga on Thursday, Oct. 5 at 6 p.m.
