Box Score CHARLOTTE, NC – The Western Carolina tennis team returns home after a neutral site match with the Boston University Terriers on Sunday afternoon as the Catamounts fell by a score of 4-0.
The doubles pairing of Isabella Sambola and Angela Perez were the only Catamount doubles duo to emerge unscathed from the back-to-back matches in Charlotte as the duo took an unfinished decision in the match with the Terriers.
On the singles courts, Jade Groen and Angela Perez both fought to 6-6 tiebreaks in their opening sets with Michelle Kleynermann and Kaitlin Tan respectively, with Groen earning the sole set win of the day for the Catamounts, taking a 7-6 victory.
