Softball Home Opener vs Tennessee Tech Postponed

CULLOWHEE, N.C. – Tuesday's 2024 home opener for Western Carolina softball against Tennessee Tech has been postponed due to unfavorable weather forecasts across western North Carolina.

The two teams will make efforts to reschedule the game, though no date has been set.

WCU now turns its attention to Wednesday, Feb. 28 at 4:00 p.m. as the Catamounts welcome Gardner-Webb to the Catamount Softball Complex to open the home portion of their schedule.

Wednesday's contest is scheduled to be streamed via ESPN+ (paid subscription required) with live stats available online.  Links to both can be accessed through CatamountSports.com.
