WCU's longest tenured coach, volleyball head coach Karen Glover, joins the show to talk about her youthful 2025 pride of Catamounts.

One of the busiest coaches on campus, WCU track & field alum Jesse Norman, who continues to lead the Catamount track & field/cross country teams, joins the show to talk about his distance event runners, including a men's side that is riding consecutive runner-up finishes at the end of the 2024 regular season and conference championship.

Catamount fifth-year head football coach Kerwin Bell will also be on location for the 2025 preview show. Topics ranging from spring ball, the transfer portal, SoCon Media Day and preseason polls, fall camp, and a preview of the 2025 season and the seasonal show, Catamount Football Weekly, presented by Stanberry Insurance. WCU enters the year ranked 18th in the Stats Perform FCS Top 25, one of two SoCon teams among the 25 ranked squads and one of four total receiving votes.
