2017 (Redshirt Senior): Played in three games on special teams and as a defensive substitution.

Prior to Western Carolina: Attended Old Dominion out of high school where he redshirted in 2013 ... Transferred to Gardner-Webb in 2014 before transferring to Western Carolina prior to the 2017 fall camp; High School: Was a Three-year starter at defensive back for West Forsyth ... Helped squad to 11-2 and 10-3 records and two consecutive playoff berths ... Earned all-conference honors in track and field ... Set school records in 4X400 relay, sprint medley and distance medley.

Personal: Is the son of Anthony and Valaire Jackson ... Has a brother, Avery.
