Western Carolina University

Corbin Huntley was named the head cheerleading coach at Western Carolina University in late May 2024, taking over the Catamount cheerleading program in early June 2024.
 
Huntley brought a wealth of experience to Cullowhee, having most recently served as an assistant cheerleading coach at Newberry College in Newberry, S.C. Her experience also includes serving as the head cheerleading and dance coach at Erskine College in Due West, S.C. She also served as an assistant cheer coach/choreographer at Lander University and Brevard College for two years.  
 
Originally from Hendersonville, N.C., Huntley received her Bachelor of Science in business administration from Lander University in 2014 where she was a member of the cheerleading team. While at Lander, she served as the game day and competition captain from 2011-14 and was named the squad’s MVP in 2012.  Huntley earned her Master of Health Administration from Queens University of Charlotte.
