Prior to Western Carolina: Started his collegiate career at Mississippi Gulf Coast in Perkinston, Miss., before transferring to Old Dominion … At MGCCC: Played in 10 games with 15 tackles and half a sack as a true freshman; At ODU: Did not see game action in 2024; High School: Graduated with a 3.87 GPA and finished his senior season with 37 tackles including 10 for loss, five sacks, a fumble recovery, two QB hurries, and a safety that came in the state playoffs … Played for coach Mike Coe.

Personal: Is the son of Denise and James Banks … Has a brother, Nicholas.
