Appeared in two meets, competing in the 1500m
Set a PR in the event with a 4:09.61 finish during the Catamount Classic
Named a 2023-24 Commissioner's Medal Recipient and was named to the 2023-24 Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll
2023-24 Indoor:
Appeared in three meets, competing in the 800m, the mile, the 3000m, and the DMR
Set a PR in the 3000m with a 9:04.64 finish at the Clemson Invitational
Took first-place in the DMR during the VMI Winter Relays
2023 Cross Country: Competed in three events during the fall season… opened the season with a 19:49.1 in the Young Harris Invitational 6k… added a personal-best of 27:43.9 at the Live in the Lou Classic… closed out the fall season with a 27:45.9 in the Upstate Invitational…
PR's: 800m – 1:59.91, Mile – 4:23.76, 5k xc – 15:59.70
Coach Notes: "A local product who transferred in this year, Knox was a multi-time state champion in North Carolina and was a part of a successful high school program. He loved the idea of being back close to home along with training with current Catamounts, John Davis, Jalen Elwell and Henry Stecher."
