High School: Four-year letterwinner at Ronald Wilson Regan High School... Helped her team to four consecutive conference titles in cross country from 2005-08... Selected as the Conference Runner of the Year during her junior season... Took third at the North Carolina Indoor Track and Field Championship in the 1600-meter run 2006... Finished eighth in the 1600-meter run at the state championship meet during sophomore season... Set her high school's record in the 4x800 (2:26)... Earned All-State honors in cross country as a freshman in 2005... Coached by Ed Thutt and Sinclair Seavey.
