Set PRs in the 800m and the 5000m with times of 1:56.12 and 15:50.54 respectively at the SoCon Outdoor Championships

2023 Cross Country: Competed in three events during the fall season… opened the fall with a 17th place finish at the Young Harris Invitational 6k with a 19:11.9… posted a personal record of 26:47.7 in the Live in the Lou Classic… recorded a 27:08.4 in the Upstate Invitational…
