HIGH SCHOOL: Coached by Jerry Jordan at Highland School of Technology ... three-time team MVP ... finished first in the state in the 400m as a senior with a time of 48.40 ... set school records in the 100m (11.04), 200m (22.26), 500m (1:06.44), 800m (2:06.04), 300m (36.48), and the high jump (6'6").

PERSONAL: Aaron Ramon Tribble was born on Aug. 30, 1992 in Gastonia, N.C. ... parents are Raymond and Beverly Tribble ... mother cheered in college for Appalachian State ... also plays the saxophone.
