Appeared in five meets, competing in the 4x400m, the pole vault, the discus, the 110H, and the decathlon
Set a PR in the discus during the Montreat College Open with a 30.82m toss
Set PRs in the 400m, the javelin throw, and the 1000m while competing in the decathlon at the Duke Invitational
Set an overall PR in the decathlon with 5534 points while picking up individual PRs in the shot put, the high jump, and the 110H
Named to the 2023-24 Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll
2023-24 Indoor:
Appeared in four meets, competing in the 60m, the 60H, the 200m, the 4x400m, the long jump, and the heptathlon
Set PRs in the 200m and the 60H during the Clemson Invitational with finishes of 24.43s and 9.18s respectively
Set an overall PR in the heptathlon with 4128 points with individual PRs in the 60m, the long jump, and the 1000m
Set a PR at the SoCon Indoor Championships after clearing 3.50m in the heptathlon pole vault
PR's: 400m – 53.15, High Jump – 6-2.00
