2024 Outdoor:
Appeared in four meets, competing in the 200m, the 400m, and the 4x400m
Set a PR in the 200m during the Duke Invitational with a 25.89s finish
Set a PR in the 400m during the SoCon Outdoor Championships with a 58.78s finish
2023-24 Indoor:
Appeared in five meets, competing in the 60m, the 200m, the 300m, the 400m, and the 4x400m
Set a PR in the 60m during the Clemson Invitational after a 8.35s finish
Set a PR in the 300m during the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational with a 43.05s finish
Took a silver medal finish at the SoCon Indoor Championship in the 4x400m
PR's: 100m – 12.58, 200m – 25.42, 400m – 56.72
Coach Notes: "Kyndal is a high-level sprinter whom we targeted early in the recruiting process. She was a teammate of current Catamount
Sadler Miller. Kyndall will be someone looked at to continue our growth in the long sprints within the Southern Conference in the coming years."
