Her next best time was an 11th place finish at the Citadel Invitational with a time of 19:08.7.

2006-2007: Redshirted for the indoor track season...During the outdoor season, ran a personal best 18:38 5K...finished 8th at the Clemson Cross Country Invitational.

High School: Posted her best time in the 5K, clocking 18:44 as a junior ... Helped Wilkes Central HS to four-straight cross country regional championships and a state runner-up finish her senior year ... Was a state qualifyer each of her four years. Track: Set her school record with a time of 3:19 in the 1,000-meter run ... Ran her best 800-meter time of 5:20 as a senior while posting her best 3,200-meter time of 11:29 as a junior ... Was a part of the state runner-up 4x800-meter relay team as a freshman.
