Biography

High School: A four-time team MVP and All-conference performer. Also won a conference championship in the 800-meters and 4x400-meters in her senior year. Set a new school record (4:20) in the 4x400 meters becoming a regional champion.

Personal: Full name is Samantha "Sam" Leigh Deaver...daughter of Harold and Carolyn Deaver. Has one sister (23) and father holds middle distance records at Bevea College, KY for Track & Field.
