Set a season best time of 11:03.93 during the Brant Tolsma Invitational
2023 Cross Country: Appeared in all four meets during the fall season… began the season with 16:38.3 in the Young Harris Invitational 4k which WCU won as a team to begin the season… finished the Live in the Lou Classic with a 20:04.2… added a 19:33.8 in the Upstate Invitational… closed out the fall season with a 19:58.8 in the SoCon Championship…
