Set a new school record in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 3:02.07 at the VMI Indoor Classic.
Recorded new personal bests in the 800 (2:29.15), mile (5:22.54), and 5,000-meter run (18:52.67).
Ran on WCU’s distance medley relay team.

2019 Cross Country Season

Ran in every regular season meet finishing as WCU’s number-three runner.
Posted a personal best 6k time of 22:49.60 at the Southeast Regional championship. This gives her the 12^th-fastest 6k time in program history.
Logged a 5k personal best of 18:51 at the Queen City Invitational.

2019 Outdoor Season

Competed in three meets.
Ran her personal best time in the 1,500-meters at the Catamount Classic with a time of 5:02.85.

2019 Indoor Season

Posted a time of 5:44.03 in the mile at the VMI Team Challenge in her only meet during the season.
