High School: Highly decorated athlete coached by Travis Gower where team was two-time region runner-ups and won the 5A Georgia State Championships ... Holds school records in the 100m (11.62), 200m (23.97), 4x200-meter relay and the 4x400-meter relay ... Named Rookie of the Year and Overall Sprinter of the Year at Walton ... Second place in the 100m in the state championship as a junior ... As a senior, named team MVP while also earning the Atlanta Track Club's Woman of the Year award ... Placed first in the state in the 100m ... Also ran in the IAAF Championships in Barcelona, Spain where she earned a tenth place finish in the 100m dash.

Personal: Daughter of Deleno Carter and Danalee Williams ... Enjoys volunteering in the children's ministry of her home churchin Georgia and helping others.
