An integral member of a Blazer staff that transitioned from Conference USA to the American Athletic Conference, Seberger helped student-athletes record 10 American conference accolades throughout the season, including two Freshman of the Week awards, a Player of the Week selection, and seven AAC Honor Roll honors. Additionally, Seberger helped coach players Mia Moore and Denim DeShields to All-AAC third-team honors with Moore also being named to the All-Newcomer team. Seberger and the Blazers recorded an 18-win season in 2023-24, the program's most in a single season since recording 20 in the 2019-20 season, culminating in their first WNIT tournament appearance since the 2018-19 season.

A member of Conference USA her first two seasons in Birmingham, Seberger oversaw an outstanding season for All-Conference and All-Defensive team honoree Zakyia Weathersby, who led the conference in six statistical categories including rebounding and shooting percentage in 2021-22. The following year, Margaret Whitely was an All-Conference second-team selection and a three-time C-USA Freshman of the Week honoree Denim DeShields was named to the All-Freshman team under Seberger's tutelage.

Prior to joining the Blazers, Seberger coached at North Alabama for two years, posting a 21-9 record in the 2019-20 season. She joined North Alabama after serving as the director of basketball operations for three seasons at Kent State. Her primary responsibilities with the Golden Flashes included coordinating the team's travel arrangements and film exchange, supervising the team's managerial staff, running summer camps, and performing other administrative tasks. Â Seberger began her coaching career in Hickory, N.C., where she was an assistant coach at Lenoir-Rhyne.

The third former women's basketball player to join the Catamount coaching staff, Seberger appeared in 79 games over her four-year career with the Illinois State Redbirds which saw her serve as the team's captain her senior season. The Geneva, Ill., native graduated in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in communication studies before earning her Master's in leadership from Lenoir-Rhyne in 2016.
