HIGH SCHOOL: Georgia Merit Scholar … Cindy Richards-Woody Student of Year … Assisted Woodstock High School to reach the state tournament in three consecutive seasons as a freshman through her junior year. As a sophomore, the team was 17-11 and was the regional tournament runner-up. As a sophomore and junior, named (GHSA Region 7 7A) First Team All-County and First Team All-Region. In her junior campaign, averaged 13 points, eight rebounds, three assists, three steals and two blocks for the game. She also averaged in double figures as a sophomore with 12 points per game. She was also a varsity athlete in track and field reaching the state, a sectional qualifier for two seasons in the long jump.
