Also participated in the high jump and javelin throw events as a part of the Catamount women's track & field team through the indoor and outdoor seasons ... Prior to Western Carolina: Qualified for the North Carolina 4-A state golf tournament each of her four years as a prep … Posted rounds of 77 and 74 as a senior to finish tied for 13th overall … Fired a round of 75 in May 2021 of her junior year, finishing tied with six others in 11th-place … Was a two-time All-State selection, earning second-team honors as a senior and third-team plaudits as a junior … Won individual medalist honors at the Greater Neuse River 4-A Conference tournament in the fall of her senior season, carding a personal-low round of 70 … Was a three-sport athlete for all four years of high school, also participating in swimming and track where she qualified for the 4-A state championship in each.
