2016 Played in 19 games and started 18 in goal … Led the team with an 8-11 record giving up 28 goals and recording a 1.48 goals against average – ranking seventh in the SoCon … She had five shutouts in the season including three straight on the Catamounts’ big three-game winning streak … She also had a career-high 13 saves at Charlotte to open the season … Tinstman ended her career at Western Carolina ranked fourth in the WCU record books for most wins (26), saves (232), and overall minutes played (5,880) … She also completed her career ranked third for goalie games played (71), goalie games started (55) and goalie minutes played (5,872).

2015: Played in 13 games and started 11 ... Recorded four shutouts and ended the season with a record of 5-6-2 ... Played 1176.26 minutes allowing 14 goals and recorded 46 saves.

2014 Named to the NCCSIA All-State First Team ... Started all 19 games in goal playing 1683.39 minutes with an 8-7-3 record ... Had six shutouts with a 0.96 goals against average and 53 saves.

2013:Played in 20 games and started eight ... Finished with a record of 5-9-1 ... Had 50 saves ... Recorded two shutouts ... Allowed 18 goals.

High School Soccer: Three year varsity starter, bypassed senior season to attend Western Carolina in spring of 2013.

Club Soccer: Ranked 12th nationally, 1st in NC, NC State Champions u15 & u17, NC State Finalists U13, U14 and U16, Region III Champions U15 & U18, Disney Showcase Finalist 2009, US Club Championship Finalist 2007. 2011 ODP State Team and Region Pool. Academics: 2 Yr Academic All- Conference
