Ashley McGee came to Western Carolina in the fall of 2024 to take on the position of Game Operations & Facilities Assistant.
Prior to coming to Western Carolina, McGee served most recently as Olympic Sports Assistant at the University of Buffalo. Before her time in Buffalo, McGee worked as Event & Entertainment Operations Intern for the Pittsburgh Steelers during the 2022-23 season.
As a student at University of Tennessee, McGee served in the Volunteers Athletics Media Relations office as an Intern.
McGee graduated from University of Tennessee for her undergraduate with a degree in Education with a concentration in Sports Management. She received her master’s degree from the University of Kansas in Education with a concentration in Sports Management.
