Rob Burlington joined Catamount Athletics as the Assistant Director of Video Operations in April 2026, coming to Cullowhee from Appalachian State. During his time in Boone, Burlington worked as a Sports Broadcasting Assistant as an undergraduate and a Broadcast Operations intern in his first year post-grad.
During his undergraduate career, Burlington also worked as a Video Production Assistant with both the Chicago White Sox Single-A affiliate Kannapolis Cannon Ballers and Triple-A affiliate, the Charlotte Knights.
Burlington graduated from Appalachian State in May 2025 with a degree in advertising, while minoring in Spanish. He enjoys watching all sports, spending time with his friends and girlfriend, and loves to explore the mountains.
