DAVIDSON, N.C. – Western Carolina women's tennis suffered a 6-1 setback at Davidson Saturday at the Davidson Tennis Courts.

TURNING POINT:
Davidson swept the doubles point and won the first four singles matches to secure the match.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- The Catamounts battled in singles as two of the singles matches went into extra sets.
- Anna Uljanov got the win at No. 2 singles for the Catamounts lone point in the match defeating Nicole Krykanov 6-4, 6-7 (0-5), 6-4.
- Antonella Benavides also went to three sets at No. 5 singles, 6-2, 5-7, 6-3, before falling to the Wildcats Fanny Shea.

- Western Carolina is now 1-26 against Davidson.
- Â Uljanov is 3-2 since moving up to No. 2 singles.
