Cullowhee, N.C. – Western Carolina Athletics has partnered with Rhino Sports and Entertainment Services as the primary customer service and security provider for Catamount football beginning this fall. Rhino Sports falls under the REVELxp umbrella, which is the national leader in best-in-class fan engagement.
 
WCU is the second Southern Conference partner for Rhino Sports & Entertainment Services. Based out of Winston-Salem, N.C., Rhino Sports currently serves five states including North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Texas.
 
"We are excited to be partnered with Rhino Sports for the upcoming 2021 Catamount football season as our event management staffing team. To have a team that has such great experience working at schools such as Wake Forest, Virginia Tech, and Clemson, should provide an enhancement to our already great game-day atmosphere in Cullowhee. We look forward to working with Rhino Sports and having them as a part of Catamount Nation," said Rory Jimerson, WCU's Director of Athletic Facilities and Operations.
 
Additionally, there are great employment opportunities for western North Carolina community members to be a part of the action as gameday hospitality and operation staff members. These workers at Whitmire Stadium help Western Carolina deliver on its goal of providing The Best Fan Experience in North Carolina. Rhino Sports & Entertainment Services currently has openings for gameday staff to work at home football games this fall in Catamount Country.
 
Rhino Sports offers recruiting incentives for those that apply and get hired early. Starting pay rates as high as $12 per hour with a $50 bonus for just showing up to work. If you have a group of volunteers looking to fundraise, please reach out to the same contact information. Rhino also pays bonuses of up to $50 per person for recruiting additional staff with no limit. Rhino Sports is looking to hire over 100 positions for the upcoming season.

Rhino Sports will be holding an open Job Fair on Saturday, Aug. 21 at E.J. Whitmire Stadium in Cullowhee.
