CULLOWHEE, N.C. – Graduate student Kyla Allison had a very happy birthday as her 22 points helped lead Western Carolina women's basketball to a 53-49 win over Wofford Thursday on Ingles Court in the Ramsey Center.

Turning Point:
Tied at 41 at the end of the third quarter, Western Carolina outscored Wofford 12-8 in the fourth quarter to secure the win. The Catamounts held the Terriers to 23 percent shooting from the field in the final 10 minutes and 0-for-5 from behind the three-point line.

Individual Leaders

Allison scored a game-leading 22 points going 4-for-5 from the three-point line.
Junior Joi Reid ripped down 10 rebounds and added two points.
Audrey Meyers and Ewa Kielar each had seven rebounds in the contest.
Lilly Hatton led Wofford with 13 points.

Inside the Box Score
