Cullowhee, N.C. – Western Carolina men's golf returns to action Sunday through Tuesday, Feb. 19-21 at the Mickey Mouse Intercollegiate, hosted by Bellarmine University at Disney's Palm Golf Course in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
The 54-hole tournament will be contested over three days with 18 holes slated for each day at the par-72, 6,870-yard course. Live scoring of the event through Golfstat is available through a

In addition to the Catamounts and the host Knights, the 16-team field includes Southern Conference foe Wofford, as well as Austin Peay, Belmont, Eastern Kentucky, Florida A&M, Univ. of Indianapolis, IUPUI, Morehead State, Ohio, Prairie View A&M, Purdue Fort Wayne, Queens, Univ. of St. Thomas, and UT Martin.
Western Carolina has six competitors in the field with
Pablo Hernandez leading WCU's scoring five with
Magnus Pedersen and
Adam Hooker in the No. 2 and No. 3 seeds. Fifth-year senior
Louis Theys plays at No. 4 with redshirt freshman
Josh Lendach rounding out the five vying for the team title. Senior
Quinton Metz makes his spring debut, playing unattached as an individual for the Purple & Gold.
The Catamounts are paired with golfers from Bellarmine, Belmont, and Wofford in the day's first pairing off the No. 1 tee slated for 7:30 am on Sunday with the top seeds teeing off at 8:10 a.m. WCU's individual, Metz, tees off just behind the scoring five at 8:20 a.m.
