2025 (Freshman): Saw action in all 29 matches with starts in all 29 contests, one of three to play and start in all 29 matches… one of four players to see action in all 104 sets in 2025… tallied seven double-doubles… finished second on the team with 243 kills, finishing ninth in the program’s rally scoring era freshman record book… ranked eighth in kills per set in the rally scoring era for WCU at 2.34 kills per set… recorded nine matches of 10+ kills with a seasonal-best coming with 22 kills against UNCG… had 17 kills against Chattanooga and 18 in home bout against chromatic rival Furman… had 10+ kills against five league foes… finished third on the team with 279 digs… recorded a season-high 20 digs in road match against UTC… had 10+ digs in 14 matches… finished third on the team with 20 service aces with four matches adding a pair of aces… tallied 24 assists…
PRIOR TO WCU: Kranzler comes to Cullowhee after a successful prep career at Old Tappan in Norwood, New Jersey. As a senior, Kranzler totaled 294 kills, averaging 5.8 kills per set and a hitting percentage of .397 for the Norwood, N.J. native. She also talied over 200 aces and 170+ digs as a senior. She was named the North Jersey Girls Volleyball Player of the Year as a senior. The team also tallied a 27-match win streak during her senior campaign. During her prep career, Kranzler also spent time on the Old Tappan track and field squad where in 2022 during the spring season track and field won the Group 3 state title. She played her club volleyball with USANY VBC. Older brother Alex just finished his second season at Vanderbilt where he posted a 6-1 record with a 3.62 ERA for the SEC Tournament Champion Commodores.Â
