Cullowhee, N.C. – One of the best to ever suit up for Western Carolina women's soccer, Isabella DeMarco added to her career trophy case as she has been named to the United Soccer Coaches (USC) All-Region Southeast second team. She is the only Southern Conference student-athlete to earn an all-region honor this season.

DeMarco's third career USC All-Southeast Region honor comes following an outstanding senior campaign. The Charleston, S.C. product posted a career high in goals (13), points (32), and tied her career high in game-winning goals (3). She rewrote the WCU record books in her outstanding swansong campaign, claiming the career record for assists (25), finishing tied for the career record in points (96), and was second in career goals (35).  

The standout striker notched two hat-tricks against SoCon foes, tying her own school record for points in a match as she recorded seven against VMI and UNCG in the SoCon tournament. She was named to the Top Drawer Soccer National Team of the Week for her performance against VMI in WCU's 9-0 win, and was an honorable mention following her outing against the Spartans.

The USC All-Region second-team honor is the second of her career and the first since 2023, as both DeMarco and Naya Marcil collected third-team honors last season.

DeMarco became the first Catamount to earn four first-team All-Southern Conference accolades in her career. She additionally earned College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors following the 2025 season.
