One of the best to ever suit up for the Catamounts,
Isabella DeMarco earned her first career CSC Academic All-District honors following an outstanding season on the pitch and in the classroom. The senior out of Charleston, S.C., posted a 3.69 GPA in integrated health sciences, while collecting her fourth consecutive first-team All-SoCon honor this season. She capped her career in Cullowhee by claiming the career record for assists (25) and finished tied for the career record in points (96) and second in career goals (35).
One of two senior captains for the Catamounts,
Milla Syska enjoyed a record-setting season in her swan-song campaign. Shee, too, claimed her first career CSC Academic All-District honor after posting a 3.51 GPA in management. The 2025 second-team All-SoCon honoree set the WCU record for assists in a season, notching 10 helpers, with seven coming on
Isabella DeMarco's goals. Syska also netted three goals for the Catamounts, finishing her career with two consecutive double-digit point efforts as she recorded 26 last season and 16 in 2025.
Sofia Goclowski earned her second consecutive CSC Academic All-District honors after posting a 3.73 GPA in integrated health sciences. The junior from Sharon, Mass.. Netted three game-winning goals for the Catamounts coming against High Point, NC State, and UNC Wilmington. Goclowski set career high marks in points (11), shots (53), and shots on goal (22) for the Catamounts.
Only the second player in Southern Conference history to be named Defensive Player of the Year in back-to-back seasons,
Ava Robitaille also collected her second consecutive CSC Academic All-District Honors. An art major with a 3.83 GPA, Robitaille enjoyed a career year offensively as she netted four goals, including the game-winner against Winthrop in her hometown of Rock Hill, S.C. She recorded 10 points this season, with goals against NC State, UNC Wilmington, VMI, and the previously mentioned game-winner against Winthrop to go along with two assists.
A stalwart defender along the Catamount back line,
Abbie Wise collected her second career CSC Academic All-District team honors and her first since 2022 after recording a 3.73 GPA in nursing. The redshirt senior out of Greensboro, N.C., notched her first career goal in WCU's regular-season comeback win over Mercer and connected with
Rylie Niemeyer on the game-winning goal in that same match. She also recorded an assist in WCU's 3-0 win over The Citadel.
Leanne Trudel earned her second consecutive CSC Academic All-District honors after recording a 3.97 GPA in emergency medical services. The senior goalkeeper capped off one of the most outstanding careers between the posts for the Catamounts, as she set the record for career shutouts at 31.
